摘要
针对卸灰阀磨损漏风问题,进行了烧结矿对阀板阀体的落料磨损实验,并运用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行了落料磨损模拟。结果表明:卸灰阀的磨损为磨粒磨损特征;颗粒状烧结矿落料对钢板产生微切削的作用机理是,使钢板金属表面产生了晶格变形、位错增殖、残余应力、断裂直至脱离母材。这说明卸灰阀的磨损漏风主要是由掉落的碎烧结矿对阀板阀体钢板不断产生微切削所致。
In view of the problems of the wear and leakage of the cinder valve, the blanking wear experiment of the sinter to the valve body was carried out. The blanking wear simulation was carried out by the large finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The results show that it shows the abrasive wear characteristic. The micro-cutting mechainsm of granular sinter blanking is that the sinter makes the metal surface of the steel plate produce the lattice deformation, dislocation multiplication,residual stress, fracture, disengagement from the parent mental on the steel plate. The wear and leakage of the cinder valve is mainly caused by the continuous micro-cutting of the fallen sinter to the valve plate.
