摘要 应用工业气垫炉研究了不同淬火速度对6013铝合金的性能和组织的影响。结果表明:当热处理温度560℃、速度为13 m/min时,2.0 mm厚度6013铝合金达到完全固溶状态。之后,采用工业时效炉研究了不同温度和时间对6013铝合金的性能和组织的影响。结果表明:当热处理温度170℃、保温12 h时,6013铝合金达到T6状态。以上工艺生产的6013铝合金的微观组织为等轴晶,并且第二相细小弥散。该6013铝合金卷材产品通过了客户验证,满足电子产品用高强度铝合金市场的需求。 The effects of quenching speed on the properties and microstructure of 6013 aluminum alloy were studied by using industrial air cushion furnace. The results show that, when the heat treatment temperature is 560 ℃, the speed of heat treatment is 13 m/min, the 6013 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy reaches the state of complete solid solution. Then, the effects of different temperature and time on the properties and microstructure of 6013 aluminum alloy were studied by means of industrial aging furnace. The results show that, when the heat treatment temperature is 170 ℃ and the heat treatment time is 12 h, the 6013 aluminum alloy reaches T6 state. The microstructure of 6013 aluminum alloy produced by the above process is equiaxed and the second phase is fine and dispersed. The 6013 aluminum alloy coil product has passed the customer-made verification to meet the needs of the high-strength aluminum alloy market for electronic products.
