摘要
群体分离分析法(bulked segregant analysis,BSA)是一种利用分离群体快速鉴定基因组特定区域遗传标记的方法。随着高通量测序技术的快速发展,再加上BSA简便、高效、低成本等优势,目前BSA已广泛应用于植物基因定位,但其在食用菌中的应用还处于起步阶段。综述了BSA及其在食用菌遗传研究中的应用现状,并展望其在食用菌遗传研究中的应用前景,为今后利用BSA开展食用菌遗传研究提供参考。
Bulked segregant analysis(BSA)is a method that uses segregated population to quickly identify genetic markers within a specific genomic region.With the rapid development of high-throughput sequencing technology,this simple,efficient and low-cost BSA has been widely used in plant gene localization.However,its application in edible fungi is still in its infancy.Current applications of BSA in genetic studies of edible fungi were reviewed,and prospects of BSA in edible fungi research were discussed so as to provide a reference for the genetics of edible fungi in the future.
