开展新型冠状病毒感染者输血相容性检测实验室生物安全防护规范化探讨

Standardization of laboratory biosafety regarding blood transfusion com patibility testing for COVID-19 patients

目的探讨在进行新型冠状病毒肺炎感染者输血相容性检测时,应采取的实验室生物安全管理及个人防护措施。方法通过全面分析和评估实验各环节潜在的风险,从工作实际出发,制定适合本院输血科切实可行的生物安全管理制度和工作流程,指导实验室人员规范操作高致病性微生物输血相容性检测。结果通过加强实验室生物安全管理及个人防护,规范高致病性微生物输血相容性检测的工作流程,避免了实验室工作人员受侵染以及周围环境的污染。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎流行态势下,制定并完善输血科实验室生物安全管理及个人防护措施十分必要。本院输血科的工作流程和规范能满足实际工作需要,确保生物安全。

Objective To explore the laboratory biosafety management and personal protective measures that should be taken when performing blood transfusion compatibility test for COVID-19 patients.. Methods Through the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the potential risks of the laboratory, a feasible biosafety management protocol and standard operation procedure(SOP) suitable for the department of blood transfusion were established based on the practical situation, All laboratory staffs were trained to strictly comply to SOP due to the highly pathogenic microorganisms.Results The infection of laboratory staff and the pollution of the surrounding environment were avoided by strengthening the biosafety management and personal protection, and standardizing SOP specific to highly pathogenic microorganisms.Conclusion It is critical to formulate and improve the biosafety management and personal protection in clinical department of blood transfusion in the case of COVID-19 pandemic.The current work flow and SOP specific to pandemics in our laboratory can meet the needs of practical work and also ensure laboratory biosafety.
