目的探讨不规则抗体阳性患者信息共享平台的构建与应用。方法不规则抗体阳性患者信息共享平台由云端服务器,管理平台,用户端组成,用户端分为管理端、医院端和患者端。管理端负责用户管理和数据管理,并制备和更新患者抗体检测信息卡;医院端可查看和上报患者输血信息及不规则抗体检测结果。患者端主要用于患者本人或非用户医疗单位查询患者输血相关信息。结果构建不规则抗体阳性患者信息共享平台可在有效保护患者隐私的前提下,最大限度地保障多次输血患者的输血治疗安全有效,降低输血不良反应发生率,改善患者预后。结论信息共享平台的建设将有力推动个体化精准输血和临床输血科研的发展。

Objective To discuss how to construct and apply the information sharing platform for patients with irregular positive antibody(ies). Methods The information sharing platform for patients with irregular positive antibody(ies) was composed of cloud servers, management platforms and user terminals which were sub-divided by functions: the management terminal, hospital terminaland patient terminal. The management terminal was responsible for user & data management and preparing and updating antibody detection information card for patients;the hospital terminal can review and report patient′s information regarding blood transfusion and irregular antibody detection findings;the patient terminal was mainly used by the patient himself or the non-user medical unit to inquire information regarding blood transfusion.Results Despite of the advantage of privacy protection, the information sharing platform for patients with irregular positive antibody(ies) also contribute to maximize the efficacy of blood transfusion in multi-transfused patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to blood transfusion, and improve the prognosis of patients. Conclusion The construction of such platform could greatly promote the development of individualized and precise blood transfusion and clinical blood transfusion researches.
