摘要
通过水热法和焙烧法在泡沫镍(NF)上制备了具有纳米片状的钴酸镍(NiCo2O4/NF),采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、N2等温吸附/脱附测试和电化学测试等手段,对NiCo2O4/NF样品的组成、形貌和电化学性能等进行表征。结果表明:具有纳米片状的NiCo2O4均匀地生长在NF表面。当NiCo2O4/NF作为一种不使用胶黏剂的电极材料时,表现出良好的电化学性能,其在电流密度为1A/g时比电容可高达1102F/g,在电流密度10A/g条件下循环测试5000次后,比电容损失量约为11.3%。此外,以NiCo2O4/NF为正极,活性炭(AC)为负极组装了非对称超级电容器(NiCo2O4/NF//AC-ASC),发现其具有高能量密度及良好的循环稳定性。
The NiCo2O4 nanosheets uniformly grown on the Ni foam(CF)(NiCo2O4/NF)were successfully fabricated by a hydrothermal method,followed by the calcination process.The compositions,morphologies and electrochemical performance of NiCo2O4/NF were demonstrated by XRD,SEM,N2 adsorption/desorption measurements,and electrochemical measurements.The results suggested that the NiCo2O4 nanosheets uniformly grown on the NF,and NiCo2O4 nanosheets had the good electrochemical performance.For example,the specific capacitance value of NiCo2O4/NF was up to 1102 F/g and the after a 4000-cycle test at a current density of 10 A/g,the retention capacitance value was about 88.7%.In addition,an ASC was assembled using NiCo2O4/NF as the positive electrode and activated carbon(AC)as the negative electrode,which shown a high energy density and remarkable cycling performance.
