壳寡糖基原位掺N介孔碳材料的合成与表征

摘要 首次以壳寡糖为前驱体、F127为模板剂,通过水热法制备了原位掺N介孔碳材料。利用N2吸附/脱附等温线、X射线衍射等方法对介孔碳进行表征,探讨了F127添加量、搅拌温度和搅拌时间对介孔碳孔结构的影响。结果表明:N成功掺杂到样品中,其质量分数为6.88%、F127添加量0.5g、搅拌温度50℃、搅拌时间4h时,所制样品GMC-0.5-50℃-4h的比表面积和介孔孔容最大,分别为403m2/g和0.83cm^3/g。 For the first time,In-situ N-doped mesoporous carbon materials were synthesized by hydrothermal process with chitosan-oligosaccharide as C—N source and F127 as template.The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm,XRD etc.The effects of F127 addition,stirring temperature and stirring time on pore structure of the materials were discussed.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the additive amount of F127 was 0.5 g,the reaction temperature was 50℃,and the stirring time was 4 h.Nitrogen was successfully doped In-situ into mesoporous carbon materials,and its content was 6.88%.The specific surface area and mesoporous volume were 403 m^2/g and 0.83 cm3/g,respectively.
