摘要
天津锦塘苑2标段深化设计阶段,分析BIM技术在装配式建筑施工深化设计中的应用优势以及传统装配式建筑深化设计难点问题,搭建了BIM模型并对预制构件进行合理划分和参数化建族,对预制构件和节点进行深^匕和碰撞检验,对支撑和预制构件模板进行深化以便于工业化生产,自动生成图纸和工程算量,减少了人为失误。
In the deepening design stage of Tianjin Jintangyuan No.2 bidding section,the application advantages of BIM technology in the deepening design of prefabricated building construction and the difficulties of deepening design of traditional prefabricated buildings were analyzed.A BIM model was built and the prefabricated components were reasonably divided and parameterized.Deepen and collision inspection of prefabricated components and nodes,deepen support and prefabricated component templates for industrial production,automatically generate drawings and engineering calculations,and reduce human errors.
