摘要
中石化4号科研楼等4项工程中的能源中心工程地下结构4层,基坑深度达31.40m,地质条件复杂,地下水位高,基坑支护为复合土钉墙+桩锚支护形式,与相邻工程(地下2层)地下结构毗邻施工,地下结构施工工期较长,通过优化方案,采取技术措施加快了进度,节约工期,保证施工安全,降低工程成本,社会和经济效益良好。
Among the 4 projects including Sinopec No.4 Scientific Research Building,the energy center project has 4 floors.The depth of the foundation pit is 31.40 m.The geological conditions are complicated and the groundwater level is high.The foundation pit support is a composite soil nail wall+pile anchor support form.The construction is adjacent to the underground structure of the adjacent project(underground 2 floors).The construction period of the underground structure is longer.Through the optimization plan,technical measures have been adopted to speed up the progress,save the construction period,ensure construction safety,reduce project costs,and have good social and economic benefits.
