超高悬挑锯齿板斜支撑施工技术

摘要 京东集团西南总部大厦项目悬挑锯齿板施工中自主研发了锯齿板支撑体系,采用钢筋桁架楼承板与三角形角钢支撑的组合装配形式,通过可行性分析、试验、验证,解决了超高悬挑锯齿施工搭设落地式支撑脚手架(超危大工程)带来的安全隐患,节约了周转材料,保证了悬挑锯齿板的顺利施工。 Combined with the construction of the cantilever sawtooth slab of the Southwest Headquarters Building Project of Jingdong Group,the project independently developed the Sawtooth Slab supporting system,and adopted the combined assembly form of steel truss floor supporting slab and triangular angle steel supporting,through the feasibility analysis,test and verification,the safety hidden trouble caused by the construction of landing supporting scaffold(Super Dangerous Project)is solved successfully,the turnover material is saved,and the smooth construction of the overhanging sawtooth board is realized.
