摘要
北京某工程超限梁施工中,针对超限梁截面大、长度长,钢筋重量重、易压碎垫块等特点’为保证混凝土保护层符合规范要求,采用片状整体保护层垫块,通过计算确定了整体保护层垫块的尺寸和构造,应用实践表明,采用整体式垫块提高了保护层厚度的合格率。
In the construction of an over-gauge beam in a Beijing project,in view of the large cross-section,long length,heavy weight of steel bars and easy-to-crush pads,to ensure that the concrete protective layer meets the requirements of the specification,a sheet-shaped integral protective layer pad was used.The size and structure of the overall protective layer cushion block is determined,and the application practice shows that the use of the integrated cushion block improves the pass rate of the protective layer thickness.
