摘要
针对预制叠合板在脱膜、吊运、吊装过程中出现吊点附近混凝土剥落及板开裂等现状,研究预制叠合板在生产阶段存在的吊点设计问题。对最不利工况及脱模强度进行了分析和验算得出吊点位置,将理论值与图集中的吊点信息进行比较,整理得出针对不同尺寸叠合板的吊点布置规则’可对类似预制叠合板吊点设计提供借鉴。
In view of the current situation of concrete peeling and slab cracking near the lifting point during the stripping,lifting,and hoisting process of the prefabricated laminated slab,the design of the hanging point of the prefabricated laminated slab in the production stage is studied.The most unfavorable working conditions and demolding strength are analyzed and calculated to obtain the position of the hanging point.The theoretical value is compared with the information of the hanging point in the atlas,and the arrangement rules for the hanging point of different sizes of laminated panels can be obtained.The hanging point design of the prefabricated laminated board provides a reference.
