Expert consensus of nerve block therapy on shoulder joint pain in China(2020)(Part one)

肩关节疼痛是临床常见疾病,病因多种,治疗方法多样,神经阻滞疗法是其主要治疗措施,具有操作简单、安全、疗效可靠的优点。本文从肩关节的骨骼、肌肉与神经的解剖讲起,然后详细介绍不同部位的盲探与影像引导的神经阻滞方法,强调超声引导的可靠性,并介绍适应证、禁忌证与注意事项。本专家共识由国内不同地区的14位专家集体写成,反映了肩关节疼痛神经阻滞疗法的现代观点,对于指导此法的临床应用有重要意义。

Shoulder joint pain is a common disease in clinic,its causes and treatments are different,in which the nerve block therapy is the main method with simple operation,safety,and reliable efficacy.The anatomy of shoulder bone,muscle and nerve is explained firstly,then the nerve block techniques of different shoulder part with blind method and imaging-guide are introduced in detail,with emphasizing the reliability of ultrasound-guide puncture,and the indications,contraindications and notices are also introduced.The fourteen writers come from different Chinese area,and the modern viewpoints of shoulder joint pain therapy are revealed in the consensus,which can be a guideline for the treatment of shoulder pain.
