偏头痛是一种严重影响人们生活质量的慢性疾病,随着新的检测技术的应用及临床证据、实验数据的积累,越来越多的证据表明缺氧在偏头痛的发生发展中起到关键作用。缺氧可导致机体一系列的病理生理改变,从而诱发偏头痛发作,同时缺氧本身也是一种应激状态,可促进皮层扩散性抑制的发生,导致线粒体功能下降等。

Migraine disorders is a kind of chronic disease,which seriously affects the people's quality of life.With the application of new testing technology,the accumulation of clinical evidences and experimental data,more and more evidences demonstrate that anoxia plays a key role in the occurrence and development of migraine.Anoxia can induce migraine attack via a series of physiological and pathological changes in the body.Meanwhile,anoxia itself is a state of stress,which can cause cortical spreading depression and lead to the decline in mitochondrial function.
