中温高硬度透明生料釉的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 釉面平整度和硬度是影响中温日用瓷产品品质的重要因素,高质量的中温高硬度透明生料釉研制需要综合考虑釉的光泽度、平整度、高温流动性、热膨胀系数、釉层气泡大小及数量以及釉面硬度等多个影响因素。本文采用正交试验与单因素实验法,通过调整釉料配方,制备出釉面硬度高的中温透明生料釉,结果表明:在光亮釉范围内,增加配方中Al2O3含量有助于釉面硬度的提高;在碱金属和碱土金属氧化物含量固定的情况下,(CaO+MgO)/(K2O+Na2O)比值的增加,可以提高中温瓷的釉面硬度;碱土金属氧化物中Mg2+增加网络紧密程度的作用大于Ca2+,因此适量增加MgO/CaO比值,可提高釉面硬度;所得最佳釉料配方的莫氏硬度达6.95 GPa。 The smoothness and hardness of glaze are the important factors that affect the quality of medium temperature porcelain products.The development of high-quality transparent raw glaze with medium temperature and high hardness needs to consider the glossiness,flatness,high-temperature fluidity,thermal expansion coefficient,bubble size and quantity of glaze layer and glaze hardness.In this paper,the transparent raw glaze with high glaze hardness was prepared by adjusting the glaze formula by orthogonal test and single factor experiment.The results show that in the range of bright glaze,increasing the content of Al2O3 in the formula is helpful to improve the glaze hardness;when the content of alkali metal and alkaline-earth metal oxide is fixed,the glaze hardness is improved;increase of (CaO+MgO)/(K2O+Na2O) ratio can improve the glaze hardness of medium temperature porcelain;The effect of Mg2+ in alkaline-earth metal oxides is greater than that of Ca2+ in increasing network compactness,therefore,increasing MgO/Cao ratio appropriately can improve the glaze hardness.The Mohs hardness of the best glaze formula is 6.95 GPa.
