为了帮助机械设计工作者加快熟悉一些常用的设计计算,并提高设计计算的速度和准确率,搭建了机械设计计算Web系统。系统采用B/S(Browser/Server)作为开发结构,ASP.NET MVC作为开发框架,集成了204个常用设计计算项目,其数据库包含超过300个数据表格用作帮助参数选用。每个项目所展现的清晰计算步骤和计算公式,辅以相关的图示、参数建议值等,能有效地为设计计算提供帮助。部分设计还可以导出word文件的设计报告,方便使用者对所做设计进行记录和保存。测试表明,此系统能有效提高设计计算的速度及准确率。

In order to help the workers in the mechanical design industry to get familiar with some commonly used design calculation,and improve their efficiency and accuracy of design calculation process,a Web system for mechanical design calculation was built.The system uses B/S(Browser/Server)as the development structure and ASP.NET MVC as the development framework.It integrates 204 commonly used design calculation projects,and its database contains more than 300 data tables to help select the parameters.Each project is presented with clear design calculation steps and formulas,accompanied by related diagrams and suggested values of parameters,which can effectively provide help in the design calculation process.Some design projects can also export the design reports of word file,which is convenient for users to record and save the design data.Tests show that the system can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of design calculation.
