摘要 现代医疗领域对小型精密器械的要求不断提高,针对传统医疗钻头的孔定位缺陷,提出了一种新型医疗Ti6Al4V钛合金钻头组件,应用有限元方法,通过仿真研究了医疗骨钻削中关键钻削参数(钻头顶角2Φ、进给速度V f和主轴转速n)对钻削性能的影响规律,确定了最佳钻削参数。结果表明:关键钻削参数对钻削温度的影响程度依次为主轴转速n>钻头顶角2Φ>进给速度V f,对钻削力的影响程度依次为进给速度V f>主轴转速n>钻头顶角2Φ。综合分析得出最佳钻削参数组合为2Φ=125°、V f=1.5 mm/s、n=800 r/min。研究结果为合理选用医疗钻头参数提供了一定的理论指导。 The modern medical field has continuously improved requirements for small precision instruments.Aiming at the hole positioning defects of traditional medical drills,a new type of medical Ti6Al4V titanium alloy drill bit assembly was proposed.The finite element method was applied to study the key drilling in medical bone drilling through simulation.The influence law of parameters(drill tip angle 2Φ,feed speed V f,spindle speed n)on drilling performance has determined the best drilling parameters.The results showed that the order of the influence of key drilling parameters on drilling temperature is spindle speed n>drill tip angle 2Φ>feed speed V f,and the order of influence on drilling force is feed speed V f>spindle speed n>drill tip angle 2Φ.Comprehensive analysis showed that the best drilling parameter combination is 2Φ=125°,V f=1.5 mm/s,n=800 r/min.The research results provided certain theoretical guidance for the reasonable selection of medical drill parameters.
