大数据赋能下网络借贷的价值共创模式研究——来自Lending Club的证据 被引量:2

摘要 在数字经济背景下,以网络借贷平台为对象研究网络多边平台的价值共创模式并对全球最大网贷平台Lending Club的百万条借贷数据进行机器学习,实证研究表明网络借贷平台上借款人、平台和投资者通过互动和资源整合实现了价值共创:借款人贡献了价值共创所需的大数据资源,平台提供大数据能力进行风险定价从而降低了信息不对称,投资者则利用自身经验知识参与价值共创。 After nearly four years of strict supervision,the risk of internet lending in China has been sharply cleared and has come to an end.At the same time,internet lending platforms survived are at a key crossroads of transformation.It is urgent to explore the right value creation model so as to achieve a win-win for both enterprises and users.Under this circumstance,the value co-creation of the service ecosystem has been analyzed through internet lending.In this paper,millions of lending data from Lending Club,the world′s largest internet lending platform,have been analyzed to study the value co-creation of the service ecosystem in internet lending,finding that borrowers,the lending platform,and investors realize value co-creation through interaction and resource integration in this model.That is,borrowers provide big data,the platform contributes data-processing capacity,and investors participate in value co-creation with their own experience and knowledge.
