长江口中华绒螯蟹雌蟹抱卵前后能量代谢酶的变化 被引量:1

Variation of energy metabolising enzymes of the female non-ovigerous and ovigerous Eriocheir sinensis in the Yangtze Estuary

摘要 以天然群体和养殖群体的性成熟中华绒螯蟹雌蟹为研究对象,测定了中华绒螯蟹抱卵前后不同组织中能量代谢酶[己糖激酶(HK)、磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)、丙酮酸脱氢酶(PK)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、精氨酸激酶(AK)]的活性,探讨雌蟹在抱卵繁殖期间能量代谢的变化规律。结果表明,雌蟹抱卵前肝胰腺和肌肉组织HK活性显著高于抱卵后。抱卵前后肝胰腺和肌肉组织PFK活性无显著差异。雌蟹抱卵前肝胰腺组织PK活性显著高于抱卵后,而抱卵前肌肉组织PK活性显著低于抱卵后。雌蟹抱卵前肝胰腺组织SDH活性高于抱卵后,但差异不显著;抱卵前肌肉组织SDH活性显著高于抱卵后。雌蟹抱卵前肝胰腺组织MDH活性显著高于抱卵后,而抱卵后肌肉组织MDH活性显著高于抱卵前。雌蟹抱卵前肝胰腺组织AK活性显著高于抱卵后,而抱卵后肌肉组织AK活性显著高于抱卵前。研究结果表明,天然群体和养殖群体抱卵前主要利用肝胰腺中的糖酵解酶、三羧酸循环酶和精氨酸激酶催化底物释放能量,但抱卵后主要利用肌肉组织中的糖酵解酶、三羧酸循环酶和精氨酸激酶催化底物释放能量;两个群体抱卵前后HK、PFK、PK、SDH、MDH和AK活性都呈现出组织差异性,在能量代谢中发挥特定作用。 The changes of key energy metabolising enerzymes[hexose kinase(HK)、phosphofructokinase(PFK),pyruvate kinase(PK),succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),malic dehydrogenase(MDH),arginine kinase(AK)]in different tissues of wild-caught and pond-reared female Eriocheir sinensis were studied.The results showed that the activity of HK in the hepatopancreas of non-ovigerous female crabs was significantly higher than that in ovigerous crabs.There was no significant difference of PFK activity in the hepatopancreas and muscle of E.sinensis of non-ovigerous and ovigerous crabs.The activity of PK in the hepatopancreas of non-ovigerous crab was significantly higher than that in ovigerous crabs,while the activity of PK in muscle of non-ovigerous crabs was significantly lower than that in ovigerous crabs.The activity of SDH in the hepatopancreas of non-ovigerous female crab was higher than that in ovigerous crabs,but there was no significant difference between them.The activity of SDH in the muscle tissue of the non-ovigerous female crab was significantly higher than that in the ovigerous crab.The activity of MDH in the hepatopancreas tissue of the non-ovigerous female crab was significantly higher than that of the ovigerous crab,while the activity of MDH in muscle tissue of the ovigerous crab was significantly higher than that of non-ovigerous female crab.The activity of AK in the hepatopancreas of the ovigerous female crab was significantly higher than that of ovigerous crab,while the activity of AK in muscle tissue of the ovigerous crab was significantly higher than the non-ovigerous crab.The results showed that the energy of hepatopancreas was used to lay eggs for the two populations of the non-ovigerous crab,while two populations of ovigerous crab use the energy in their muscles for embryo hatching.In order to regulate the osmotic balance of the body,the two populations of the non-ovigerous crabs increased the utilisation of glucose and energy consumption.Besides,the activities of HK,PFK,PK,SDH,MDH and PK of the two populations showed the difference in tissues.
