摘要
为了研究不同蛋白水平日粮对舍饲藏香猪断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响,试验采用单因素随机区组设计,选择60头体况良好、体质量相近(4.96±0.18)kg的40日龄藏香猪断奶仔猪,随机分为4个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪。试验猪的日粮能量水平一致(14.23 MJ/kg),蛋白水平分别为16%、18%、20%和22%,试验期为32 d,其中预试期为4 d,正试期为28 d。结果显示:(1)日粮蛋白水平在18%时能显著提高仔猪平均日增重(ADG)与降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),且不同处理组间平均日采食量(ADFI)无显著差异(P>0.05);(2)18%组仔猪腹泻率低于20%和22%组(P<0.05),18%与16%组无显著差异(P>0.05);18%组仔猪死亡率低于其它3组(P<0.05);(3)18%组血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、尿素氮(BUN)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量均在正常范围。结果表明,日粮蛋白水平在18%时饲喂藏香猪断奶仔猪,对其生长性能和血清生化指标的影响效果最佳。
To study the effects of different protein level diets on the performance and blood biochemical indexes of weaned Zangxiang pigs,60 piglets at 40 days with good body condition and body weight(4.96±0.18 kg)were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,3 replicates in each group and 5 pigs in each replicate.The dietary energy level of the experimental pigs was the same(14.23 MJ/kg),the protein level was 16%,18%,20%and 22%respectively.The experimental period was 32 days,including 4 days of pre-trial and 28 days of normal trial.The results showed that:(1)when the dietary protein level was 18%,the ADG and F/G of piglets could be significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ADFI of different treatment groups had no significant effect(P>0.05).(2)The diarrhea rate of 18%group was lower than 20%and 22%(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between 18%group and 16%group(P>0.05);the mortality rate of 18%group was lower than other three groups(P<0.05).(3)The contents of total protein(TP),albumin(ALB),globulin(glo),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),urea nitrogen(BUN),immunoglobulin A(IGA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)were all in the normal range.It is concluded that when the dietary protein level is 18%,the best effect on the growth performance and serum biochemical index of the weaned Zangxiang pig is obtained.
