摘要
该文旨在比较夏季高温环境下不同降温方式对生长猪生长性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能及抗热应激相关蛋白的影响,评估出适合中国南方夏季气候的生长猪栏舍降温措施。选取初始体重22.7±0.16 kg的杜×长×大杂交公猪120头,随机分为3个处理(风扇组,冷风机组和湿帘负压风机组),每个处理4个重复,每个重复10头猪。试验持续28 d。结果表明:(1)不同降温措施组猪的生长性能具有显著差异(P<0.01),与风扇组相比,湿帘负压风机组采食量显著提高(P<0.05),冷风机组、湿帘负压风机组日增重极显著提高(P<0.01),冷风机组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),湿帘负压风机组料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);与冷风机组相比,湿帘负压风机组日增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比极显著降低(P<0.01);(2)血清生化指标中,与风扇组相比,冷风机组ALT水平显著降低,SOD和T3水平显著升高;与冷风机组相比,湿帘负压风机组CK水平显著降低,HSP70水平显著升高。综上所述,湿帘负压风机组猪的生长性能最优,湿帘负压风机组和冷风机组降温措施可缓解持续炎热气温对生长猪免疫功能的影响。
The purpose of this paper was to compare the effects of different cooling methods on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,immune function and heat stress-related proteins in growing pigs in summer,and to evaluate the cooling measures for growing pigs in summer in southern China.120 hybrid Duroc×Landrace×Large White boars with initial body weight 22.7±0.16 kg were randomly divided into 3 treatments(fan group,air-cooling fan group and cooling pad-fan group),4 replicates per treatment,10 pigs per replicate.The test lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:(1)The different cooling measures had significant difference in growth performance(P<0.01).Compared with fan group,the feed intake of cooling pad-fan group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the daily weight gain of air-cooling fan group and III was significantly increased(P<0.05).The weight ratio of air-cooling fan group was significantly lower(P<0.05),so was the cooling pad-fan group(P<0.01).Compared with air-cooling fan group,the daily weight gain of cooling pad-fan group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly lower(P<0.01).(2)Among the serum biochemical indicators,compared with fan group,the ALT level of air-cooling fan group was significantly decreased,the level of SOD was significantly increased,the level of IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased,while the level of T3 was significantly increased.Compared with cooling pad-fan group,the level of CK was significantly decreased,but the level of HSP70 was significantly increased.Compared with group I,the level of TNF-αin cooling pad-fan group was significantly lower.Based on the above results,the growth performance of pigs in the cooling pad-fan group was the best in the three groups.The cooling measures of the cooling pad-fan and the air-cooling fan group alleviated the effect of persistent hot climate on the immunity of growing pigs to some extent.
