内蒙古畜禽养殖污染基本特征、综合成因与治理途径

Basic Characteristics,Comprehensive Causes and Control Approaches ofPollution from Livestock and Poultry Breeding in Inner Mongolia

畜禽养殖污染已成为农业面源污染的重要来源。随着内蒙古畜禽养殖业的迅猛发展,养殖污染日益严重。通过分析内蒙古畜禽养殖污染的特征,发现其成因主要有种养结合不紧密,粪污资源供求失衡;相关政策法规不健全,缺乏可操作性;养殖户对环境污染的认知程度较低,参与治理意愿偏低。为推动内蒙古畜禽养殖污染治理,建议推进种养结合,实现养殖废弃物资源化利用;健全相关政策法规,推动政策合理落地;加强宣传教育和技术培训力度,提高养殖户污染防治意愿。

Pollution from livestock and poultry breeding has become an important source of agricultural non-point source pollution.With the rapid development of livestock and poultry breeding business in Inner Mongolia,breeding pollution is becoming increasingly serious.By analyzing the characteristics of pollution in livestock and poultry breeding in Inner Mongolia,it can be found that the main causes are inadequate integration of planting and breeding,imbalance in supply and demand of manure resources;incomplete related policies and regulations,and the lack of operability;breeders'lower awareness of environmental pollution and low willingness to participate in governance.In order to promote the pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding in Inner Mongolia,it is recommended to promote the combination of breeding and planting to utilize breeding waste resources,to improve relevant policies and regulations to promote the rational implementation of policies,and to strengthen propaganda and technical training to increase the willingness of breeders to prevent pollution.
