摘要
针对锦纶长丝耐磨性差、易起静电、浆料吸附性差的特点,文章制定了不同的浆料配方和浆纱工艺,并对短纤浆纱机进行设备优化,通过对增磨率、增强率等浆纱质量指标进行测试与分析,最终确定了适用于短纤浆纱机生产锦纶长丝品种的浆纱工艺。
Based on the characteristics of poor wear resistance,easy to generate static electricity,and bad pick-up of polyamide filaments,the paper formulates different slurry formulations and sizing processes,and optimizes the staple sizing machine.By testing and analyzing sizing quality indicators such as wear resistance rate and strengthening rate,the paper proposed the sizing process suitable for the production of polyamide filaments on the staple fiber sizing machine.
