膝骨关节炎的研究进展

Research progress of knee osteoarthritis

关节炎是指由多种因素引起关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的以关节疼痛为主要症状的退行性疾病,而膝关节是人体负重最大的关节,是关节炎最好发的部位。随着世界老年化进程的加快,膝骨关节炎成为困扰人类的高发性疾病,膝骨关节炎是全球残疾的主要原因之一。随着世界人口老龄化和肥胖的增加,膝骨关节炎的医疗服务需求将大幅度增加。本文将对膝骨关节炎的流行病学、发病机制及治疗方法进行阐述。

Arthritis refers to the degenerative disease with joint pain as the main symptom which caused by various factors,such as fibrosis,chapped,ulcer and dislocation,the knee joint is the largest weight-bearing joint,so it is the most prone part of arthritis.As the aging process in the world accelerates,knee arthritis has become a high incidence disease that puzzles human beings.Hip arthritis is one of the main causes of disability the world.With the aging of the world population and the increase of obesity,the demand for medical services for knee osteoarthritis will increase greatly.The epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment of knee arthritis are reviewed in this paper.
