摘要
随着老年人口数量的不断增加,各国老龄化社会现象普遍存在,老年人的医疗保健需求也备受关注,人口老龄化给现行的医疗流程和体系带来了新的挑战。老年人普遍存在多种疾病,用药个体差异大,药物应用安全范围变小,引起许多的健康问题。本文描述了老年患者的疾病特点,分析其用药的影响因素,结合实践提出一些解决策略和建议。
With the increasing number of the elderly population,the phenomenon of aging society in various countries is widespread,the health care needs of the elderly people are also receiving much attention,the aging population has brought new challenges to the current medical procedures and systems.There are many kinds of diseases in the elderly people,the individual difference of medication use is great and the safety range of drug application becomes smaller,which causes many health problems.This paper describes the disease characteristics of elderly patients,analyzes the influencing factors of their medication use and puts forward some solutions strategies and suggestions combined with practice.
