临床药师干预提升碳青霉烯类抗菌药物合理使用效果分析

Analysis of the effect of clinical pharmacists'intervention to improve rational use of carbapenems antibiotics drugs

目的:分析临床药师干预提升碳青霉烯类抗菌药物合理使用的效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月使用碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的病例160例,随机分为两组,各80例。研究组采用临床药师干预;对照组未进行干预。比较两组应用效果。结果:研究组药物合理使用率、配伍合理率及药敏送检率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组药物使用评价及药物使用强度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者用药满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床药师干预可以有效提升碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的合理使用效果,既能提高药物合理使用率、配伍合理率及药敏送检率,又能提升药物使用评价及药物使用强度,用药满意率更高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacists'intervention to improve the rational use of carbapenems antibacterial drugs Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,160 cases of used the carbapenems antibiotics drugs were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each group.The study group was treated with clinical pharmacists intervention.The control group did not intervene.Compare the application effects of the two groups.Results:The rational utilization rate,compatibility rate and drug sensitization test rate of the study group were all higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug use evaluation and drug use intensity in the study group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients'drug use in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of clinical pharmacists can effectively improve the rational use of carbapenems antibiotics drugs,which can not only improve the rational use rate,compatibility rate and drug sensitivity test rate,but also improve the evaluation and intensity of drug use,with a higher satisfaction rate of drug use.
