摘要
目的:探讨晚期糖基化终产物及其受体在新疆维吾尔族2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症中的作用。方法:2018年10月-2019年9月收治新疆维吾尔族2型糖尿病并行骨密度(BMD)检查的患者90例,分为骨量正常组(DMN)(BMD值≤-1)、糖尿病骨量减少组(DMOPN)(-1<BMD值<2.5)、糖尿病骨质疏松组(DMOP)(BMD值≤-2.5)。比较各组血浆戊糖素、血浆内源性分泌型RAGE(esRAGE)、血浆Ⅰ型胶原羧基多肽(ICTP)、Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽(PINP)水平。结果:糖尿病骨质疏松组戊糖素、esRAGE水平及esRAGE/戊糖素比值显著高于糖尿病骨质疏松组和正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病骨质疏松组PINP水平显著低于糖尿病骨量减少组和正常值,ICTP水平明显高于糖尿病骨量减少组和正常值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血浆戊糖素水平和esRAGE及BMD可作为评价糖尿病患者的骨代谢状态的重要指标。
Objective:To investigate the role of advanced glycation end products and their receptors in type 2 diabetic osteoporosis of Uygur nationality in Xinjiang.Methods:From October 2018 to September 2019,90 Uygur patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and(BMD)examination were selected,they were divided into the three groups:the normal bone mass group(DMN)(BMD≤-1),the diabetic osteopenia group(DMOPN)(-1<BMD<2.5)and the diabetic osteoporosis group(DMOP)(BMD≤-2.5).The levels of plasma pentose,plasma endogenous secretory RAGE(esRAGE),plasma typeⅠcollagen carboxyl polypeptide(ICTP)and typeⅠprocollagen N-terminal propeptide(PINP)were compared in each group.Results:The levels of pentoses,esRAGE and the ratio of esRAGE/pentoses in the diabetic osteoporosis group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic osteoporosis group and the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of PINP in the diabetic osteoporosis group was significantly lower than that in the diabetic osteopenia group and the normal group,while the level of ICTP in the diabetic osteoporosis group was significantly higher than that in the diabetic osteoporosis group and the normal group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of plasma pentose,esRAGE and BMD can be used as important indexes to evaluate the status of bone metabolism in patients with diabetes mellitus.
