经腹联合经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌症临床价值

Clinical value of transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of adenomyosis

目的:研究经腹联合经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌症的临床价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年10月疑似子宫腺肌症患者49例,均给予彩色多普勒超声诊断,并实施经腹、经阴道及两者联合检查。将术后病理结果作为诊断的金标准,对比诊断结果。结果:经术后病理检查证实子宫腺肌症39例,阳性率为79.59%;联合检查的准确度、敏感性及特异性均高于经腹检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查的准确度、敏感性及特异性略高于经阴道检查,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比经腹超声检查,经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌症的敏感性、准确度更高,二者联合诊断能够进一步提高子宫腺肌症的诊断效能,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To study the clinical value of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.Methods:From January 2017 to October 2019,49 patients with suspected adenomyosis were selected,all of them were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,which underwent transabdominal and transvaginal combined examinations.Postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard of diagnosis and the diagnosis results was compared.Results:39 cases of adenomyosis were confirmed by postoperative pathology examination,and the positive rate was 79.59%.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined examination were higher than the transabdominal examination,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the combined examination were slightly higher than the transvaginal examination,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with transabdominal ultrasonography,transvaginal ultrasonography has higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of adenomyosis,combined diagnosis of the two can further improve the diagnostic efficiency of adenomyosis and has higher clinical value.
