盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎患者的疗效观察及对炎症因子的影响研究

Observation on the curative effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia and analysis of its effects on inflammatory factors

目的:观察盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎患者的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:2018年6月-2019年12月收治老年肺炎患者98例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各49例。对照组给予常规对症治疗;研究组在常规对症治疗基础上辅助盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组临床疗效及炎症因子各项指标水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后痰白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等炎症因子指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索辅助治疗老年肺炎,可降低患者体内的炎症因子水平,有助于其快速康复,疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia and analysis of its effects on inflammatory factors.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,98 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the study group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy and various of indicator levels of inflammatory factors between two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the various of indicator levels of inflammatory factors such as sputum interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),serum C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride in adjuvant treatment of elderly patients with pneumonia can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,it helps to rapidly recovery,the effect is remarkable.
