CT引导联合神经电生理测试射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of CT guided combined with neuroelectrophysiological test of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的:分析CT引导联合神经电生理测试射频热凝治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治原发性三叉神经痛患者57例,开展CT引导联合神经电生理测试射频热凝治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:57例患者治疗后NRS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);57例患者术后不同阶段临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月时复发2例(3.51%),12个月时复发3例(5.26%)。结论:对于原发性三叉神经痛患者开展CT引导联合神经电生理测试射频热凝治疗,可获得良好疗效,患者疼痛明显缓解,复发率低。

Objective:To analyze the effect of CT guided combined neuroelectrophysiological testing of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,57 cases of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were enrolled,CT guided combined with neuroelectrophysiological test of radiofrequency thermocoagulation was carried out to observe the clinical effect.Results:The NRS scale scores of 57 patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of 57 patients at different stages after operation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Recurrence occurred in 2 cases at 6 months(3.51%)and 3 cases at 12 months(5.26%).Conclusion:For patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia,radiofrequency thermocoagulation therapy with CT-guided neuroelectrophysiological test can achieve a good effect,with obvious relief of pain and low recurrence rate,which is worthy of promotion.
