血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸、甲状旁腺素和炎症因子水平的影响

Effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia and its influence on serum Hcy,PTH and inflammatory factors

目的:研究血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效,及对患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)和炎症因子水平的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治尿毒症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予血液透析治疗;观察组在血液透析基础上给予血液灌流治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后Hcy、PTH、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Hcy、PTH、TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP等指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的效果尤为显著,能够有效清除Hcy、PTH,抑制机体炎性反应。

Objective:To explore the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia and its influence on serum Hcy,PTH and inflammatory factors.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,100 uremic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis.The observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.We compared the clinical efficacy and the levels of Hcy,PTH,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP after treatment between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,Hcy,PTH,TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uremia is significant,it can effectively remove Hcy,PTH and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
