温针灸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效及针灸深度研究

Effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on elder patients with knee osteoarthritis and study on acupuncture depth

目的:观察不同深度温针灸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:2015年10月-2018年10月收治老年KOA患者128例,随机分为两组,各64例。两组均接受西医常规治疗;对照组给予浅温针灸治疗;观察组给予深温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及膝关节功能评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后膝关节功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深温针灸治疗老年KOA患者,疗效显著,能有效改善膝关节功能。

Objective:To observe clinical effect of different depth of warming acupuncture and moxibustion on elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:From October 2015 to October 2018,128 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional Western medicine treatment.The control group was treated with shallow warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while the observation group was treated with deep warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy and knee joint function scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the knee joint function score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deep warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,the effect is significant and it can effectively improve knee joint function of patients.
