切开根治术联合中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the efficacy and safety of incision and radical resection combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perianal abscess

目的:探究切开根治术联合中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿的疗效及安全性。方法:2018年9月-2019年5月收治肛周脓肿患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组行切开根治术治疗;观察组行切开根治术联合中药熏洗治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创伤愈合时间、水肿消退时间、住院时间及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3 d、7 d、2周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛周脓肿患者采取切开根治术联合中药熏洗治疗的疗效显著,可促进创面愈合,减轻疼痛程度,同时并发症风险低,治疗安全性高。

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of incision and radical resection combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods:From September 2018 to May 2019,90 patients with perianal abscess were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with incision and radical operation.The observation group was treated with incision and radical resection combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time,edema regression time,hospital stay and pain disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scaie(VAS)score of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group on the third,seventh and second week after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radical incision combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing is effective in the treatment of perianal abscess,which can promote wound healing and reduce the degree of pain.At the same time,the risk of complications is low and the treatment safety is high.
