胎儿超声心动在诊断胎儿心律失常中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究在胎儿心律失常诊断中胎儿超声心动的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月已确诊胎儿心律失常的孕妇66例。所有孕妇均给予超声心动检查,分析超声心动的诊断效果。结果:66例孕妇中,胎儿超声心动的检查准确率为96.97%。经超声心动检查发现,期前心律失常类型所占比最高(31.25%),其次是心动过缓(28.13%),最后是心动过速(26.56%)及心脏结构异常(14.06%)。预后良好胎儿42例,其中自然治愈27例,治疗后痊愈15例;有24例预后不良,其中有4例因并发水肿疾病或心力衰竭而终止妊娠,其余20例在胎儿出生后伴心脏功能或结构异常。结论:在胎儿心律失常诊断中应用超声心动,能有效提高诊断准确率,对胎儿心律失常进行准确分型,便于开展治疗,改善疾病预后,确保胎儿生命安全。 Objective:To explore the effect of fetal echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,66 cases of pregnant women with confirmed fetal arrhythmia were enrolled,all pregnant women were given echocardiography to analyze the diagnostic effect of echocardiography.Results:In 66 cases of fetal arrhythmia,the accuracy rate of fetal echocardiography was 96.97%.After echocardiography,it was found that pre-period arrhythmia had the highest proportion(31.25%),followed by bradycardia(28.13%),tachycardia(26.56%)and cardiac structural abnormalities(14.06%).There were 42 cases of fetuses with good prognosis,included 27 cases of cured naturally and 15 cases of cured after treatment.There were 24 cases with poor prognosis,among them,4 cases were terminated by edema or heart failure,the remaining 20 cases were accompanied by abnormal cardiac function or structure after birth.Conclusion:The application of echocardiography in the diagnosis of fetal arrhythmia can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate,accurately classify fetal arrhythmia,facilitate the development of treatment measures,improve the prognosis of the disease and ensure the safety of fetal life.
