摘要
目的:评估眼科门诊护理管理工作中采取人性化护理管理干预措施的意义。方法:选择我院2017年3月-2019年10月收治眼科门诊患者64例,随机分为两组,即试验组与对照组,每组各32例。试验组采用人性化护理管理干预措施;对照组采用传统护理管理干预措施。比较两组焦虑情绪评分及总体满意率。结果:试验组干预后焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后服务满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在眼科门诊护理管理工作中开展人性化护理管理干预措施显现良好管理效果,能够显著降低患者的不良情绪,同时能够提升患者对护理人员的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To evaluate the significance of humanized nursing management intervention measures in the nursing management of the ophthalmology clinic.Methods:A total of 64 outpatients in our hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The experimental group adopts humanized nursing management intervention measures;the control group adopts traditional nursing management intervention measures.Compare the two groups'anxiety scores and overall satisfaction rate.Results:The anxiety score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the service satisfaction rate of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing management interventions in the ophthalmology outpatient nursing management work show good management effects,can significantly reduce the patient's bad mood,and at the same time can improve the patient's satisfaction with the nursing staff,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
