摘要
目的:分析在乳腺癌肿瘤患者术中实施个性化护理模式的临床效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年12月收治接受手术治疗的乳腺肿瘤患者88例,随机分为两组,各44例。试验组采用个性化护理;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组疼痛情况、护理满意度与不良情绪情况。结果:试验组疼痛评分、焦虑与抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺肿瘤患者术中实施个性化护理模式的临床效果十分理想,可降低疼痛感,缓解不良情绪,患者更满意并积极配合,有利于手术顺利开展。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of individualized nursing model in breast cancer patients during operation.Methods:From March 2018 to December 2019,88 patients with breast tumors were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 44 cases in each group.The experimental group was given individualized nursing.The control group was given routine nursing.The pain,nursing satisfaction and bad mood were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of pain,anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of individualized nursing mode in breast tumor patients is very ideal,which can reduce pain,relieve bad mood,patients are more satisfied and cooperate actively,which is conducive to the smooth development of the operation.
