消毒供应室护理工作的安全隐患及对策分析

Analysis of the hidden dangers and countermeasures of nursing work in disinfection supply room

目的:探讨消毒供应室护理工作中存在的安全隐患以及解决策略。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月消毒供应室工作人员6名。2018年实施常规护理,作为对照组;2019年针对消毒供应室的安全隐患实施针对性护理干预,作为观察组。比较两组安全事故发生情况、护理工作评分、工作质量达标率以及满意度情况。结果:观察组各项安全事故发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作评分、质量达标率以及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对消毒供应室进行针对性的护理管理,有助于排查安全隐患,减少安全事故的发生,提高护理工作质量。

Objective:To explore the hidden dangers and countermeasures in the nursing work of disinfection supply room.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,6 staffs of disinfection supply room were enrolled.Conventional nursing were adopted in 2018 as the control group.Targeted nursing intervention was carried out for the hidden dangers of disinfection supply room as the observation group.The occurrence of accidents,nursing work scores,work quality compliance rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rates of various accidents in observation group were lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work scores,quality compliance rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The targeted nursing management of disinfection supply room is helpful to check the hidden dangers of safety,reduce the occurrence of accidents and improve the quality of nursing work.
