镇痛分娩配合体位护理的综合性护理效果评价

Evaluation of comprehensive nursing effect of analgesic delivery combined with posture nursing

目的:评价镇痛分娩配合体位护理的综合性护理效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治分娩产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予正常分娩与常规护理;观察组给予镇痛分娩配合体位护理的综合性护理。比较两组产程时间、剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率及镇痛有效率。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程以及第三产程时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于对照组,且镇痛有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镇痛分娩配合体位护理的综合性护理应用于分娩产妇中,可有效缓解疼痛症状,缩短产程时间,并降低新生儿窒息发生率。

Objective:To evaluate the comprehensive nursing effect of analgesic delivery combined with posture nursing.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,80 cases of pregnant and lying-in women were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given normal delivery and conventional nursing.The observation group was given analgesic delivery combined with posture nursing comprehensive nursing.Delivery time,cesarean section rate,incidence of neonatal asphyxia and analgesic efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of the first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of cesarean section and incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the effective rate of analgesia was significantly higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic delivery combined with postural nursing can effectively relieve the pain symptoms,shorten the duration of labor,and reduce the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
