摘要 目的:研究基于MEWS与SBAR机制的风险预警系统。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治生命体征改变及危重症患者220例,随机分为两组,各110例。对照组采取常规手工计算MEWS分值,并将异常值报告医生,对患者病情变化予以处理;研究组采取基于MEWS与SBAR机制的风险预警系统,应用于患者病情早期预警。比较两组患者病情评估时间及处置反应速度。结果:研究组病情评估时间及处置反应速度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对生命体征改变及危重症患者采取基于MEWS与SBAR机制的风险预警系统,效果较为显著,可较好地缩短患者的病情评估时间,加快处置反应速度。 Objective:To explore the risk early warning system based on MEWS and SBAR mechanism.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,220 patients with vital signs changes and critical illness were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 110 cases in each group.In the control group,the MEWS score was calculated manually,and the abnormal value was reported to the doctor to deal with the change of the patient's condition.The study group adopted a risk early warning system based on MEWS and SBAR mechanism,which was applied to early warning of patients'condition.We compared the illness evaluation time and response speed of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the illness assessment time and response speed were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with vital signs changes and critically ill patients,the effect of risk early warning system based on MEWS and SBAR mechanism is more significant,it can shorten the evaluation time of patients'condition and accelerate the response speed.
