社区综改数据分析系统对家庭医生签约后有效服务的效果评价

Evaluation of the effect of community comprehensive reform data analysis system on the effective service of family doctors after signing a contract

目的:为落实家庭医生签约服务工作,借助信息化平台加快综改项目进程,探索信息系统在家庭医生签约服务中的应用效果。方法:采用EXCEL 2007软件进行数据整理,分析社区卫生服务中心家庭医生签约后的门诊服务情况。结果:系统投入后,家庭医生门诊对应率、签约居民就诊对应率及家庭医生延处方对应率均高于投入前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区卫生服务综合改革数据分析系统有助于掌握家庭医生对医疗综改及公共卫生体系各项指标的完成情况,实时数据分析可以进一步提升基层医疗服务效能。

Objective:In order to implement the contract service work of family doctors,the application effect of information system in the contract service of family doctors was explored with the help of information platform to accelerate the process of comprehensive reform project.Methods:The EXCEL 2007 software was used to sort out the data and analyze the out-patient service condition of the family doctor in the community health service center after signing the contract.Results:After the system was put into operation,the corresponding rate of the outpatient service of family doctors,the corresponding rate of the contracted residents and the corresponding rate of the extended prescription of family doctors were all higher than before the system was put into operation,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The data analysis system of the comprehensive reform of community health services is helpful to grasp the completion condition of the various indicators of the comprehensive medical reform and the public health system by family doctors,and the real-time data analysis can further improve the efficiency of primary medical services.
