阳虚体质影响因素的研究进展

Research Progress of Influence Factors for Yang-deficiency Constitution

中医体质与健康和疾病密切相关,决定着病证种类的倾向性。阳虚体质是指由于阳气不足、失于温煦、平素以畏寒怕冷、手足不温、喜热饮食、精神不振等虚寒表现为主要特征的体质状态,现代研究表明与肿瘤、老年高血压、糖尿病、支气管哮喘、骨质疏松、不孕等疾病有关,研究阳虚体质相关影响因素,对阳虚体质易感疾病的防治有重要意义。本文从行为和生活方式因素(运动、饮食、睡眠、性生活、用药不当)、环境因素(环境温度和湿度)、生物因素(性别、年龄、情志、生物学基础、慢性疾病)等三方面对阳虚体质的影响因素进行探讨,为其预防和调理提供途径或靶标,为阳虚体质人群的健康促进生活方式和防治疾病提供依据和建议。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution(TCMC)is closely related to health and disease,which determines the tendency of disease types.Yang-deficiency constitution refers to the constitutional state characterized by deficiency of yang-qi,loss of warmth,fear of cold,lack of warmth in hands and feet,preference for hot diet and mental depression.Modern studies have shown that it is closely related to tumors,senile hypertension,diabetes,bronchial asthma,osteoporosis,infertility,etc.However,its biological mechanism is still unclear,so it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of Yang deficiency constitution,so as to prevent and treat the susceptible diseases of Yang deficiency constitution.This paper discusses the influencing factors of Yang-deficiency constitution from three aspects:behavior and lifestyle factors,environmental factors,and biological factors.This paper guides individuals with Yang-deficiency constitution for a healthy lifestyle,and provides basis and suggestion for habitual and disease prevention.
