渤海油田水淹层控水射孔技术 被引量:8

摘要 为满足渤海油田水淹储层控水增油的需求,以渤海油田先导试验应用的套管水平井为载体,通过理论分析和实际生产数据统计对比,分析了射孔参数和油藏打开程度对产能的影响;以改善水体锥进方式和延长无水采油期为目标,对比了定向射孔、变孔密射孔和均匀孔密射孔方式下的控水效果。研究认为,渤海油田现用射孔参数对大部分油田而言,可起到改善储层的作用。受射孔参数和油藏打开程度的影响,套管射孔完井即使降低了水平井初期产能,但对中长期的总产能无影响;定向射孔或变孔密射孔与均匀孔密射孔相比,可有效改善边底水油藏的水体锥进方式,延缓见水时间,延长无水采油期。基于水平井产能影响因素分析和控水效果评价,研究建立了渤海油田水淹层水平井射孔方式优化方法,并成功指导了渤海油田首口变孔密射孔井——A6H1井的现场作业,控水增油效果显著。 In order to meet the demand of controlling water and increasing oil production in water flooded reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield,based on the casing horizontal wells of pilot test applied in the Bohai oilfield,this paper analyzes the influence of perforation parameters and reservoir opening degree on the productivity of casing horizontal well by means of theoretical analysis and statistical comparison of actual production data.In order to improve the water coning mode and extend the waterless production period,the water control effect of directional perforation,variable density perforation and uniform perforation is compared.It is believed that the perforating parameters currently used in Bohai Oilfield can improve the reservoirs for most of the oilfields.Under the influence of perforation parameters and reservoir opening degree,casing perforation completion may reduce the initial production capacity of horizontal wells,but has no effect on the total production capacity in the medium and long term.Compared with uniform perforation,directional perforation or variable density perforation can effectively improve the water coning mode of edge and bottom water reservoir,delay the water breakthrough time,and extend the anhydrous oil recovery period.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the productivity of horizontal wells and the evaluation of water control effect,this paper establishes the optimization method of perforating mode of horizontal wells in water flooded layer of Bohai Oilfield and successfully guides the field operation of the first variable density perforating Well A6H1 in Bohai Oilfield with remarkable effect of water control and oil increase.
