摘要
将轮胎的胎面、胎侧及子口复合石墨烯材料,测试轮胎的导电性、抗湿滑性、耐磨性和滚动阻力性能,研究石墨烯对轮胎性能的影响。测试结果表明利用石墨烯良好导电性,赋予轮胎导静电功能,实现汽车全路况、全时段、连续、可靠导静电,解决静电引起的各种安全隐患。同时石墨烯材料改变橡胶形变过程中,分子链间的相对运动,影响轮胎的抗湿滑性、耐磨性、滚动阻力性能,在实现耐磨性能不降低的情况下,提升抗湿滑性能和低滚阻性能。
The tire tread,sidewall and spigot for composite graphene materials were used to test the electrical conductivity,wet skid resistance,wear resistance and rolling resistance performance of the tire,and to study the effect of graphene on the tire performance.The test results show that the good conductivity of graphene can be used to impart static electricity to the tires to achieve full road conditions,full time,continuous and reliable static electricity conduction,and to solve various safety hazards caused by static electricity.At the same time,the relative movement between molecular chains during the process of graphene material changing rubber deformation affects the tire's wet-slip resistance,wear resistance,rolling resistance performance,and improves the wet-slip resistance and low rolling resistance without reducing wear resistance.
