摘要
静电纺丝是制备有机纤维材料常用的技术,目前也广泛的用于无机纤维材料的制备。本文研究通过静电纺丝技术制备钙钛矿材料La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF),并表征材料的形貌和结构,结果表明施加电压在15.5 kV时可以成功获得稳定的LSCF纤维。煅烧后的纤维材料长度可达200μm以上,直径在1μm左右,材料呈现ABO 3钙钛矿结构,可用于催化剂、电化学材料等使用。
Electrospinning is a commonly used technology for fabricating organic fiber,and it is also widely used in the fabrication of inorganic fiber materials.In this study,perovskite material La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ(LSCF)is prepared via electrospinningand the morphology and structure of the materials are characterized.Results show that stable LSCF can be successfully obtained when the applied voltage is 15.5 kV.The length of the calcined fiber can reach more than 200μm and the diameter is about 1μm.The material presents an ABO 3 perovskite structure,which can be used for catalysts,electrochemical materials,etc.
