摘要
魔芋主要含有葡苷露聚糖,除此之外还有淀粉、蛋白质等。本文主要阐述了国内外魔芋葡苷露聚糖的提取分离纯化方法和魔芋葡苷露聚糖在医疗、食品等领域的应用研究现状。概述了葡苷露聚糖在提取分离纯化及应用研究方面值得关注的问题,并展望了魔芋葡苷露聚糖未来发展和应用前景。
Konjac mainly contains glucomannan,in addition to starch,protein and so on.In this paper,the extraction,separation and purification methods of konjac glucomannan at home and abroad and the application research status of konjac glucomannan in medical and food fields were reviewed.In this paper,the problems of extraction,separation,purification and application of glucomannan were summarized,and the future development and application prospect of konjac glucomannan were prospected.
