摘要
对国标《GB/T 11408-2013硫化促进剂二硫化二苯骈噻唑》中滴定法测定二硫化二苯骈噻唑(MBTS)含量的影响因素进行了试验和讨论。针对测定过程中容易产生误差的因素:样品处理、滴定速度、空白测定和反应时间等方面进行探讨,找出各环节中最佳操作条件,减少误差,提高了MBTS含量测定的准确度和重现性。
The influence factors of Dibenzothiazole disulfide(MBTS)content by titration method in national standard<GB/T 11408-2013 Vulcanizing accelerator-Dibenzothiazole disulfide(MBTS)>were tested and discussed.Factors such as sample pretreatment,titration rate,blank analysis,response time which might cause errors were analyzed,and optimum conditions for the determination were suggested.Under the optimum test conditions,the method could have good accuracy and reproducibility.
