ZPT对聚氯乙烯性能影响的研究

摘要 本文通过合成制备磷钨酸锌杂多酸盐作为阻燃抑烟剂,采用红外光谱、烟密度、拉伸强度、冲击强度等测试对复合材料进行表征,结果表明当ZPT含量为8%时,PVC/ZPT复合材料最大烟密度等级(MSD)和烟密度等级(SDR)相对空白样分别降低了19.94%、21.48%,且与PVC有较好的相容性。 Zincphosphotungstate heteropoly acid salt was synthesized as a flame retardant and smoke suppressant,and the composite material was characterized by infrared spectrum,smoke density,tensile strength,impact strength and other tests.The results show that when the ZPT content is 8%,the maximum smoke density grade(MSD)and smoke density grade(SDR)of the PVC/ZPT composite material are reduced by 19.94% and 21.48% respectively relative to the blank sample,and it has good compatibility with PVC.
