摘要
为了研究标准旋风分离器内部固体颗粒的运动规律,采用RSM模型和DPM离散相模型,模拟不同入口速度和入口角度下,旋风分离器内部固体颗粒运动轨迹的变化。结果表明:固体颗粒的入口角度和入口速度发生变化时,颗粒受力会发生变化,“顶灰环”和“下灰环”的位置和厚度也会发生变化。当入口角度为-30°时,既没有形成“顶灰环”,也没有形成“下灰环”,且颗粒运动轨迹基本遵循外螺旋运动,有利于固体颗粒的分离。
To study the particle trajectory in the cyclone separator,RSM Model and DPM Model are used to simulate the particle trajectory under different inlet velocity and inlet angle.The results show that when the inlet angle and inlet velocity of solid particles change,the force on the particles will change,and the position and thickness of top and bottom ash rings will also change.When the Inlet Angle is -30 degrees,neither the top gray ring nor the bottom gray ring is formed,and the trajectory of particles basically follows the outer spiral motion,which is beneficial to the separation of solid particles.
