摘要
项目化教学法是一种培养实用人才的教学方法,以师生结合,学生为主体,教师为指导,重点培养学生的独立思考、动手操作能力与合作意识的一项教学活动。将项目化教学应用到食品加工技术课程中,有效提升了学生的学习积极性、改善了学习的效果,并培养了学生的动手能力、合作意识和创新精神。
Project teaching method is a method of cultivating talents of practical teaching to the teachers and students,students as the main body,teacher as a guide,focus on cultivating the students'independent thinking ability to operate a teaching activity with a sense of cooperation will be applied to food processing technology project teaching course,effectively improve the learning motivation and improve the learning effect,and cultivate the student's beginning ability consciousness and innovative spirit of cooperation.
