摘要
地方高校研究生培养面临各种困境,烟台大学化学化工学院在研究生培养过程中,紧盯一个目标,即提高人才培养质量,围绕三个带动,即带动教学上水平、带动科研出成果、带动学科上层次,强化八项措施,即强化招生宣传、强化全程育人、强化目标引导、强化过程管理、强化人文关怀、强化师资建设、强化学科建设、强化联合培养,构建“138”人才培养模式,经过多年的探索与实践,取得了不错的效果,可以为地方高校研究生培养提供借鉴和参考。
The cultivation of postgraduates in local universities faces various difficulties.In the process of postgraduate training,the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Yantai University has focused on one goal,namely,to improve the quality of personnel training,focusing on three driving forces,namely,to drive the level of teaching,to drive the achievements of scientific research,to drive the upper level of disciplines,and to strengthen eight measures,that is,to strengthen the propaganda of enrollment,to strengthen the whole process of education,to strengthen goal guidance,to strengthen process management,to strengthen humanistic care,to strengthen the construction of teachers,to strengthen discipline construction,to strengthen joint training,to constructa"138"talent training model.After years of exploration and practice,this model has achieved good results,which can provide references for the cultivation of postgraduates in local universities.
